When you make a purchase or access your tests, we collect your email address, selected state, purchased test or bundle, purchase date, access expiration date, and Stripe checkout/session details needed to confirm your order. We do not store your full card number or card security code on our servers. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe.
We use local browser storage and basic session data to remember your selected state, language, theme, email login, test progress, and purchased access on your device. We do not sell advertising data.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Stripe to process payments, Cloudflare to host and protect the website, and Supabase to store purchase/access records needed to operate the service.
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and other payment method details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and are subject to Stripe's privacy and security practices.
We retain your email and purchase record for up to 2 years to support access and refund requests. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Each single-test purchase grants personal, non-transferable access to one CDL practice test with unlimited retakes for 30 days from purchase. The $24.99 bundle grants access to all 8 tests with unlimited retakes for 90 days from purchase. Access is for individual use only and may not be shared.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may offer promotion codes or coupons at our discretion. Promotion codes may be limited by expiration date, redemption count, or other eligibility rules. Access begins after payment is successfully completed and confirmed.
CDLPrepNow.com is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state DMV, the FMCSA, or any government agency. Our tests are for practice and educational purposes only.
If you complete the full practice test (not the free demo), score under 80% on our platform, and fail your actual DMV CDL exam, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected]. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your DMV exam date.
Outside of the pass guarantee, all sales are final. Because digital access to test questions is granted immediately after payment, we do not offer general refunds once the content has been accessed. If you believe there was a billing error or duplicate charge, contact us at [email protected].
CDLPrepNow.com is not responsible for any outcome of your DMV exam. Passing our practice test does not guarantee passing the real exam. Results vary by individual preparation and effort.
